Notes that organize themselves

Capture anything in a chat — type it, dictate it, snap a photo, scan a document. Mondary writes the title, summary, keywords, to-dos and category for you, so there is nothing to file and no folders to keep tidy.

Free during the beta · iPhone & iPad · Requires iOS 27 and Apple Intelligence

Features

Everything in, nothing to sort out

Mondary takes whatever you throw at it and does the filing itself.

Capture anything

Type or dictate in the chat, snap a photo, scan a document, attach a PDF. You can also share text, links and images to Mondary from any other app.

Written up for you

Every note comes back with a title, a summary, keywords, to-dos and a category — written by Apple Intelligence the moment it lands.

Ask your own notes

Ask a question and get an answer drawn from what you have saved, with the notes it came from listed right underneath so you can check the source.

Pictures get read

Photos, scans and PDFs are described and their text pulled out, so a receipt, a whiteboard or a screenshot of an article is as searchable as anything you typed.

Where and when

Each note keeps the place and time it was captured, so “that thing from last week” or “the one I wrote at the office” is a search, not a scroll.

At hand everywhere

Find notes in Spotlight, capture with Siri, Shortcuts or the Action button — and keep capturing offline; the analysis catches up when you reconnect.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are optional

Send it

Open Mondary and type or dictate. Or share it in from another app — a link, a photo, a paragraph you highlighted. Scans and PDFs land in the same place.

Mondary writes it up

It reads what you sent — pictures and attachments included — and adds the title, summary, keywords, to-dos and category. You do not have to name or file anything.

Ask for it later

Search it, browse by category, find it in Spotlight, or just ask a question in the chat and get an answer built from your own notes.

FAQ

Questions, answered

A notes app you talk to instead of tidy. You capture in a chat — typed, dictated, photographed, scanned or shared in from another app — and Mondary writes the title, summary, keywords, to-dos and category for you. Later you can search your notes or simply ask them a question.

iPhone and iPad running iOS 27, on a device that supports Apple Intelligence — that is what does the reading and writing. There is no Android or web version.

The free plan covers up to 20 notes and needs no account. Mondary Pro is a subscription that lifts the limit entirely and syncs your notes across your devices with iCloud. It is billed through the App Store, and you can cancel there at any time.

They stay yours. Notes live on your device, and with Pro they sync through your own iCloud account. The analysis runs on Apple Intelligence — on the device itself, and on Apple's Private Cloud Compute when a note needs a larger context. There is no Mondary server holding your notes. The app collects anonymous usage statistics (app launches and which screens are opened) and never the contents of a note.

Yes. Keep capturing with no connection at all — notes are saved straight away and the analysis catches up on its own once you are back online.

Email hello@mondary.com. During the beta that is also the fastest way to send feedback or report something that looks wrong.

Stop filing. Start capturing.

Mondary is in open beta on TestFlight, free while it lasts.
